Clean, comfortable, quiet place that includes: · Queen size bed, closet (linen supplied + towels). · Shared kitchen, living room (rarely used by us) + 2 shared bathrooms. · Internet + TV + in-house laundry + heating/cooling (AC). · BBQ + spacious back yard (if it runs low let me know). · Hot tub in garage.

Get AroundClose to 417, bike paths, supermarkets(2), restaurants, pubs, malls(St-Laurent, block stores/outlets, Giant Tiger, Tim Horton's, Transit (bus to downtown in 10-12 min). 1-2 Gay clubs DT and Sauna too!
Other· Chill with us or not thatz cool! · Partner sometimes cooks - so might invite you for a meal lol. · Free parking in Visitors during the day, call-in vehicle at night or park car ½ block away for nights. · BYOB, smoking cigarettes /420 pot/cigars in garage or outside. Not much into pnp, except (odd drink, edible or 420). Not looking for Meth babies lol. To each his own as long as it doesn't affect us/others, the room or the house! · Try to keep the room clean/respect our furniture - Cool!
